Masterplanning RF and RB gave an update on the progress. The entire team of masterplanning consultants is now in place as follows: Action: RB to supply There will be a meeting of key stakeholders with the masterplanners on the 4th of October to review key concerns, including the Police, TfL, Rangers, and English Heritage. Regular planning meetings will be held with the Bromley Planning Department as well. HB requested that she should be the nominated point of contact at TfL. 2. Temporary Pool RF reported that the LDA is awaiting confirmation from Sport England of a contribution towards the cost of the temporary pool in the amount of £8m. Final approval from Sport England and the LDA Board will be dependent upon the results of a detailed survey of the existing plant in the NSC. If the survey shows that investment in the current plant will not be safe or cost effective, the plan is to proceed with planning permission for the temporary pool and reconfigurations to the listed NSC in early 2007. The pool would be open in 2008. HB asked if the signage around the station could be improved as a matter of urgency, as those arriving at the Park do not have clear signposts to find their way around. RF responded that this work will be undertaken as part of the temporary pool project when the gateway from the station is comprehensively improved. RB is talking to the manufacturer of temporary pools about their sustainability. Pool and building will need to be procured through an OJEU process. 3. Consultation The on-going dialogue process is helping to direct the consultation arrangements for the masterplan. MY reported that TfL are presenting Tramlink options to the CPCA on the 27th of September and the Main Dialogue Group on the 14th of October. There will be a 2 month consultation period on options for the route beginning in mid-October, including exhibitions and a web-site. 4. Capel Manor Capel Manor’s planning application for classroom at the farm will be determined later this month. In the meantime they will be starting classes in space within the Jubilee Stand. 5. Minutes of the last meeting These are currently in draft form and will be posted on the website when finalised. No comments from those present.
