Purchase a gift membership online and we'll send a personalised gift voucher straight to the recipient's inbox on a date of your choosing, complete with your personal message. They’ll then have 12 months to redeem their voucher and begin a year of membership benefits. You'll also receive a copy of the voucher to print, wrap up or share yourself.
How to purchase a gift membership voucher
- Add the gift membership voucher of your choice to your basket
- Choose the date you'd like the gift voucher email to be sent
- Add a personal message for the recipient
- We'll email a personalised gift voucher to the recipient on your chosen date
- You'll also receive a copy of the voucher to print or share yourself
- The recipient has 12 months to redeem their voucher code
- Once redeemed, their year-long membership is activated and their benefits begin!
How to activate your membership
Hooray, you've received a gift membership voucher! Now you can redeem your membership on our website by following these steps.
- Navigate to our membership product page - here
- Choose the membership that you have been gifted - either the Member & Guest (£45) or the Family Membership (£65)
- Select the 'one-off' option and click 'add to cart'
- Select 'go to cart page'
- Click 'continue' until you reach the login page
- Here you will need to create a new account (this will be your membership account) or log-in to your existing account
- On the checkout page, enter the voucher code into the voucher field (your voucher code will be visible in the gift confirmation email). Your cart will then be deducted to £0.
- Complete the transaction
Congratulations, you are ready to enjoy your new Crystal Palace Park Membership!
